Welcome to the Gebauer apartment! We are happy to welcome you to the superbly equipped 70 m² apartment in the green, quiet district of Ludwigsdorf (02828 Görlitz). Other things to note The apartment has a large bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm box spring bed, dressing table and luggage rack. The other has two 90 x 200 cm wooden single beds and 2 desks. In the open living room - kitchen area is a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (filter available), complete dishes and everything needed for cooking. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and a ventilation system that always provides fresh air (no ventilation necessary!). For families with children/babies, there are the following amenities: crib (adjustable in height), high chair, potty, changing mat, children's cutlery/cup, bib, baby monitor. The 23 m² terrace with table and chairs invites you to stay outdoors. It is exclusively for guests' use. Several free parking spaces are available. A bus stop can be reached in 4 minutes on foot. Welcome to the easternmost city in Germany: Görlitz. Discover the historic old town for yourself, just as the acting greats Kate Winslet and Brad Pitt did a few years ago. Stroll through the wonderful streets and enjoy your vacation on the silver ribbon of Upper Lusatia: the border river Neisse. Almost at any time, Görlitz offers you smaller and larger events such as the brewery festival or the old town festival. As a regional center, the city attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors every year to its richly laid table full of cultural and leisure opportunities. For example, you will find numerous museums such as the Natural History Museum; the Silesian Museum; the cultural history museum consisting of the Görlitz collections, which can be found in the Baroque House, Kaisertrutz and Reichenbach Tower. The old town of Görlitz offers a wide variety of culinary delights, just 6 km from the property. Berzdorfer Lake is not only beautiful for swimming, but also has playgrounds for children, beach bar, small dishes, boat tours/surfing and plenty of space for cycling, inline skating and hiking. (15 km from the property) If a slightly smaller lake is enough, you can drive 11 km in the opposite direction, Kaltwasser, and enjoy the Inselsee in a forest environment. If you prefer to swim with a roof over your head, you can either visit the Neißebad in Görlitz or go to the slightly larger Trixi-Bad Großschönau (with adjoining climbing forest). If you want to experience a special kind of experience in the middle of nature, discover the adventure leisure park "The Secret World of Turisede". Fun for the whole family in Zentendorf, just 13 minutes (11 km) from the property. Within a radius of about 50-100 km, numerous historical cities such as Zittau, Bautzen, Kamenz, Radebeul, Meissen and Freiberg can be visited. For castle lovers, there is plenty to see in Saxony. Examples of this are the Baroque castle Rammenau, Pillnitz Castle, Moritzburg Castle and the fortress Königstein. For hiking tours, we recommend the nearby Königshainer Mountains, the Zittau Mountains, Elbe Sandstone Mountains and on the Czech and Polish side the Jizera and Giant Mountains.
