Embraced by the rustic Darßwald and rich meadows, our apartments are located in Prerow. The white sandy beach is just minutes away. The complex of the Kormoran residence consists of 17 holiday homes - generously distributed over approx. 36,000 m² and is located in 18375 Ostseebad Prerow, Grüne Straße 45 A-R. Other things to note The cottages are surrounded by Darsswald, meadows and detached houses. The access road ends as a cul-de-sac in the natural, unspoiled Darsswald. Recharge your batteries and enjoy the wonderful nature of the Baltic Sea right in front of your apartment. The sand on the north beach, which is always newly landed by the sea, is as fine as in the Caribbean and is only a 15-minute walk away. The houses are partly thatched, as is typical for the Baltic Sea region. The apartments consist of two rooms with 54 sqm for two to four people or three-room maisonette with 75 sqm for two to six people and are fully furnished. Wi-Fi via a secure network can be received in all apartments. Our service includes made beds and towels. And in the complex there is a washing machine room with coin-operated machines. And a bicycle rental also fulfills special requests by arrangement. There is a playground for the little ones, and a soccer field for the older children. A barbecue area is there for everyone. Each apartment has a parking space and a lockable storage room for bicycles. In our service office you will not only receive your keys, but also further information, tips and advice for a perfect vacation. For dogs, you pay €10 per dog per night.
