Beautiful countryside annex with swimming pool!

Beautiful accommodation for 5 people, completely restored, with a panoramic farmyard 8 km from SIENA. The interior is a large "open space": a charming living room, a dining area with kitchen with 4 burners, oven, 1 sink, washing machine and dishwasher, 2-door fridge, a fireplace with stove placed in a typical pointed arch; 2 double bedrooms (on request: 2 double beds or 1 double +3 single beds), 1 bathroom. Tastefully furnished, typical Tuscan farm with swimming pool. The space Guests of the "Barn" ( 100 sqm) can enjoy a large yard adjacent to the accommodation where they can eat and relax ; in the shade of a cool canopy furnished with tables and deck chairs , a comfortable wicker living room; 6 beautiful plants of lemons and bitter oranges and a green terrace with a unique view of Siena and the surrounding countryside; next to the cottage the garden and in front of the parking lot ; a cool tree-lined roundabout is ideal for a barbecue; from the lawn of the nice pool (12x5,x 1.40 meters / open from mid-May to October) you can enjoy a second beautiful view of upper Chianti and surroundings , 360 degrees. In the pool area in summer there is the opening of the Jacuzzi bathtub whose use is to be agreed with Fiamma. GIFT of the house : if seasonal products are available, a basket with the products of the garden at zero km will be our welcome gift along with some ingredients for breakfast on the first day. We recommend : beautiful bike or e-bike tours (with rental and assistance in Pianella , 3 km ) on the HEROIC roads; jogging in our 80 hectares between vineyards and 1000 olive trees; Many recommended itineraries to many artistic places to visit: Siena (just 8 km away.!) is a real jewel, very rich in great treasures and requires at least 3 days of visit... and then during the week from morning to night you can easily reach Florence, Monteriggioni, the Val d 'Ambra up to Montevarchi, La Val d' Orcia with Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni, and the Maremma to dive into its sea or reach the beautiful Volterra...
