When furnishing the spacious apartment, attention was paid to high-quality and tasteful materials and furniture. The huge terrace with electric awnings is furnished with several seating and lingering options, so you can follow the sun throughout the day. A small sauna can also be found on the terrace for your exclusive use. Enjoy the special feel-good ambiance on the cozy sofa landscape with views of the ethanol fireplace. The elegant and fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island has an oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher and makes you really fancy cooking. Afterwards, you can relax and enjoy your meals at the spacious dining table. The comfortable box spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) ensures a good night's sleep. Two single beds (90 x 200 cm each) are available in the second bedroom. The modern and stylish bathroom with a double sink, shower and bathtub complete the exclusive amenities. It's just a few minutes walk to the beach. Car parking included. The apartment offers our guests Wi-Fi included during their stay. Please bring bed linen and towels, or can be rented for the duration of your stay for a fee. On the premises is a children's playground, as well as a swimming pool nearby. Highlight: Use of the swimming pool in the Panoramic complex is included for you during your stay. All of our properties are non-smoking apartments. We kindly ask for a deposit. The deposit is €300 - please transfer the amount in advance together with your final payment. The amount serves as safety and will be returned to you after departure. In the period from spring to late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are under strict nature conservation and may not be removed. The use of the balconies is usually also possible during the breeding season.
