The house is designed as if its owners wanted to bring out everything that is typical of this region - nature, history and art. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, two of which are on the second floor, while the third is on the first floor. Apart from one bedroom, the first floor also has the living room, dining area, an additional bathroom and a conservatory. All are beautifully furnished, just as a summer house should be. Outside you will find an attractive pool area with sun loungers as well as a charcoal barbecue and outdoor dining area. A special touch is provided by the carefully tended garden. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi. New on offer at Villa Benvenuti - taste free olive oil from local producers or enjoy in a wine cellar tour with included free wine tasting. Motovun is a medieval town with a golf course, natural springs and spa, horse riding and an international film festival. Great restaurants, taverns, wine cellars and cafés can be found in the vicinity of the vacation home. The Adriatic coast with its beaches and tourist resorts of Porec, Rovinj and Novigrad is 20 minutes away. 45 min away are Pula and the Brijuni Islands National Park. You can even reach Porec via the mountain bike trail that runs directly below the property. From Porec you can take the ferry to Venice. Just a 30-minute drive away is Trieste with fantastic shopping opportunities on the other side of the border. All services are within walking distance.
