You will be staying in the spacious apartment (94 sqm) on the ground floor with a large terrace with a barbecue corner and on the 1st floor. The space The house is located on the edge of the forest in Gunzenhausen. It has a large garden (750 square meters) with a playground, swing and sandbox for the little guests. A mobile grill, a brick-built grill and several seats and deck chairs are available for the big guests. The Altmühlsee and Brombachsee are less than 10 minutes away, and the historic city center of Gunzenhausen is 5 minutes away by car. It is less than 15 minutes on foot to the forest pool via the Burgstall. The gliding airfield is about 30-minute walk through the Burgstallwald. The city of Gunzenhausen operates a very nice outdoor pool with a giant slide and a large swimming pool as well as a modern indoor pool with a sauna village. In Gunzenhausen there is also a small airfield for sports and gliders. There you can book sightseeing flights over the Franconian lake district. If you prefer to have solid ground under your feet, you can hike Altmühlfranken on numerous hiking trails or Nordic walking routes. In the forest and on Lake Altmühl you will find beautiful routes for jogging or just for a leisurely walk. The Franconian Lake District is known for its very well-developed bike paths. Hundreds of kilometers are available for your tours. You can charge your e-bikes with us in the carport.
