The highlights of our apartment: The terrace: Enjoy the fresh air and the view of the countryside from our large terrace. Here you will find not only one, but three different seating areas. Whether you want to enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun or grill in the evening, the terrace offers the right place for every mood. For the little ones: We also thought of the youngest guests. A play corner with swing and a pirate sandbox was integrated into the seating groups. This allows adults to relax while the kids play and have fun. Electric station & parking: Are you traveling with an electric vehicle? No problem! A private parking space with its own electric charging station (22 kWh) is available right in front of the property. Charging is done via a chip card, which is read on the day of departure. Billing is conveniently done in cash or on account. For bicycles, there is also enough space under the carport in front of the house. More to see / do in the area: Hiking and cycling: Our location on the outskirts of the city and in the countryside allows you to start hiking or cycling directly from the apartment. Explore the breathtaking Lake Constance landscape and experience nature in its full splendor. The Überlinger Promenade: Stroll along the Überlinger Promenade with its Mediterranean flair, visit the city garden, which is worth seeing, explore the picturesque city center or head to the boat docks for excursions to Konstanz, Mainau, the pile dwellings or Stein am Rhein. Everything is within walking distance in about 20 minutes. Hiking trails: Numerous hiking trails lead through the unique Lake Constance landscape. Discover the glacier mill above Goldbach, the Hödinger Tobel, the Sipplinger Churfirsten or the idyllic Feigental. Many of these wonderful places are accessible directly from the house. Public transport: A bus stop is located just 100 meters from the apartment. With the guest card, the city buses are free of charge every hour and offer a convenient way to explore the surrounding area. Your apartment on Lake Constance is more than just a place to stay – it is a place where you can experience relaxation and adventure alike. Payment processing through booking portals: Payment is not made through the booking portals, but directly through our administration – with the exception of bookings through Airbnb. 4. Deposit: A deposit will be charged at the time of booking. This will be refunded no later than 14 days after your departure, after successful inspection of the accommodation. 5.
