The 'Schleikoppel' vacation home is quietly situated in Stexwig on the Schlei, surrounded by fields, reeds, and sweeping views of the Baltic Sea fjord. Set over three floors, the home can accommodate up to six guests, offering a place to unwind and switch off. A swimming area, a hiking trail, and perfect conditions for stand-up paddleboarding or kayaking are just a few steps away. Other things to note This beautiful vacation home is located in the small village of Stexwig, right on the Schlei. Surrounded by typical Schleswig-Holstein farmland and reeds, the house is quietly situated in a small development, overlooking the Baltic Sea fjord. A place where you automatically slow down a bit. In just under 1,076 square feet (100 square meters), you will find space for up to six people and plenty of room for relaxing days amidst tranquility, nature, and the Baltic Sea air. The house features three floors. The entrance is on the middle level – and as soon as you walk in, your view is directly onto the Schlei. Here, there is a cloakroom, a small desk for anyone who needs to open their laptop from time to time, and a shower room with a toilet. From the balcony, you can also enjoy a view over the countryside and the water outside – in the morning with coffee or in the evening as the calm gradually settles in. A staircase leads to the attic of the house, which was renovated and newly furnished in 2024. Here, too, the gabled façade offers a view of the peaceful natural surroundings of the Schleiregion. Two comfortable single beds ensure a good night's sleep – perfect for children, friends, or anyone who likes to have some space at night. The real heart of the house is on the lowest floor. In the spacious living area, you can cozy up on the corner sofa or in one of the reading armchairs. The open-plan kitchen is directly adjacent and offers space for up to six people at the large dining table – ideal for long breakfasts or evenings spent together. And when it gets chilly outside in Northern Germany, the wood-burning stove provides extra coziness. From here, you can also access the partially covered terrace. Comfortable garden furniture and an electric grill invite you to eat outdoors, enjoy the sun, or simply end the day in a relaxed manner. Also on this floor are the second bedroom with a double bed and another bathroom with a bathtub and shower faucet. If there are six of you, two additional sleeping spaces are available on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area. It can be set up quickly – simple, just like a vacation should be. The house also has a small garden where you can always find a sunny spot. From here, you can access a short hiking trail that leads to the Schleiufer – past a small marina for recreational boats – to the swimming area, which has a playground, soccer goals, and a basketball hoop. On warm days, you can enjoy a wonderful swim in the Schlei here, or just dip your feet in the water. The quiet location on the fjord is also perfect for getting out on the water by paddle board or kayak and discovering the marshland from the water. A utility room with washing machine completes the house. There is also a separate vacation apartment belonging to the owners in the building, with its own entrance.
