Located in the heart of a peaceful village, Mas de Bède welcomes you to an authentic setting combining charm and comfort for a relaxing stay. The carefully designed and decorated interior creates a warm atmosphere, featuring a working bread oven in the kitchen—a true highlight. Outside, enjoy 8,700 m² of open, shaded, wooded grounds, perfect for relaxing in nature. Other things to note A large 42 m² terrace invites you to share moments with family or friends, equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, and a 6-person jacuzzi for pure relaxation. The house has two levels. On the ground floor: entrance hall with washing machine, fully fitted kitchen with bread oven, living/dining area with sofa, TV, hi-fi, table and chairs, and direct access to the terrace. Two bedrooms with outdoor access (2 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 baby bed, roller shutters) and a bathroom with WC complete this level. Upstairs, on the mezzanine: one bedroom (queen bed, skylight with blind, wooden shutter, blackout curtains) and a bathroom with WC. Wi-Fi is available. Not accessible for people with reduced mobility. Parking on the property. The house is thoroughly cleaned between each arrival, including less visible areas. Located in Assier, you are close to shops (butcher, grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, train station) and near must-see sites like the Célé valley, Rocamadour, Padirac Chasm, Figeac, Gramat, and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge.
