Welcome! A very lovingly furnished apartment upstairs with absolutely high-quality equipment awaits you, which was not completed until May 2024. You enter a light-flooded living/dining area with adjoining open kitchen. From the very comfortable chairs at the dining table, you can look over the furnished balcony directly onto Siel and into the nature of Eilsum just a few meters away. The cozy sofa invites you to relax or watch TV (Smart TV). In the generously planned kitchen, no wishes remain unfulfilled (dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, refrigerator with separate freezer, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, hand and hand blender, etc.). Ample storage space and spacious workspaces invite you to do culinary activities. The bedroom on the upper floor has a box spring bed 180 x 200 cm (single mattresses with continuous topper) and another TV. A small workspace allows you to work remotely if needed. The bright bathroom on the upper floor offers a walk-in shower incl. Rain shower, a vanity with enough storage space and hairdryer as well as a combined washer-dryer. In the separate storage room there is the possibility to accommodate drinks crates or shopping brought with you. There is also a vacuum cleaner, laundry rack, iron and ironing board here. The entire upper floor is equipped with floor heating (heat pump). In the converted attic is the second bedroom with another box spring bed 160 x 200 cm (single mattresses with continuous top) as well as a reading chair. There is also a separate toilet with sink. The bedrooms can be darkened, on the upper floor with electric shutters and in the attic with blackout blinds. Almost all windows have pleats and/or curtains. The most important windows are equipped with insect repellent. Atmospheric, individually adjustable lighting options and decorations throughout the apartment form the framework for feeling good and relaxing. Free fiber optic Wi-Fi is available (we do not guarantee for full availability and sufficient speed). A car parking space belongs to the apartment, and a lockable garden shed is also available for accommodating bicycles, for example. This property is rented during the Easter and autumn holidays from five nights without a fixed changeover day. In the same building are the accommodations "Sieltied," "TiefBlick" and "Zweite Heimat." The houses "Wind in den Bäumen" and "Lieblingsplatz am Siel" are right next door. Eilsum is an East Frisian warftend village, one of the oldest settlements on the North Sea coast. Discover East Frisian's historic landscape by bike. Countless signposted bike paths take you through quaint villages, along the canals and hiking trails. Visit the romantic fishing village of Greetsiel or the port city of Emden with the Kunsthalle, museums, the "Otto-Huus" and much more. Unfortunately, due to construction work in the nearby area, we cannot rule out occasional noise and/or dirt nuisance. No pets allowed, it is a non-smoking apartment. Feel free to book a laundry package as an option. This is possible during the booking or at any time thereafter for a fee.
