The small warftendorf Eilsum is located in the immediate neighborhood of the well-known historic fishing village of Greetsiel. There are many excursion and leisure opportunities from here. Discover the nearby Greetsiel, the Krummhörn and the beautiful nature of the Wadden Sea by foot, bike or water. Plenty of shopping as well as gastronomy are easy and quick to reach nearby. The property is located directly on the Siel, the Old Greetsieler Sieltief, and has its own garden and a private jetty. With an unobstructed view of the Sieltief and the countryside, you can really unwind here and just keep your feet in the water, fish or go paddling. Bright, airy, light. The fully equipped kitchenette has a dishwasher, induction hob with extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, and an oven/microwave combination. In addition, many other kitchen appliances are available such as kettles, toaster, Melitta filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee pod machine, Nespresso capsule machine, coffee hand filter, thermos, waffle iron, sandwich maker, raclette, multi-tool from Braun for mixing, pureeing, stamping, stirring, crushing, ice crushes as well as a fondue machine next to various baking and casserole forms and microwave dishes. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You don't need to buy and tow heavy water boxes or plastic water bottles from us. Enjoy filtered and chilled drinking water still, medium or bubbly with the Grohe Blue kitchen faucet. We're excited to offer you this amenity. Enjoy your meals in the directly adjacent dining area at the large teak wood dining table and Nordic design chairs. For coziness in every season, the large comfortable cushion sofa and the comfortable leather relax chair with ottoman directly overlooking the Siel. The large swivel 55-inch Smart TV, a sound bar, as well as some board games and books provide ample entertainment. In terms of time, the internet is received via fiber optic Wi-Fi (we do not assume any guarantee for full availability and sufficient speed.). You will find relaxing sleep in the two bedrooms, both of which are equipped with comfortable box spring beds with separate mattresses and continuous toppers from Swiss Sense (1 x 180 cm, 1x 160 cm width). Both bedrooms can be darkened with blackout pleats. Every bedroom has a 32 inch TV. Plenty of space for your wardrobe and personal belongings offer you a solid wood wardrobe in each bedroom. The small garden house offers you the possibility to safely park your bikes and charge your e-bikes. The garden house is at your sole disposal. A private parking space for your car can be found directly in front of the house. The access to the apartment as well as the apartment itself are designed for seniors and accessible (not accessible). No smoking inside the apartment. In the same building are the accommodations "Kleine Auszeit 23", "TiefBlick" and "Zweite Heimat", the houses "Wind in den Bäumen" and "Lieblingsplatz am Siel" are right next door. Please note: The property is located on one side directly on the Siel and on the other side on a water canal. It is not fenced and access to the water is not secured. (Small) children should not go into the garden unattended. Children in particular should be able to swim safely. No liability is assumed for personal injury. The apartment is located in a new development area with construction road, so we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise and dust nuisances. Feel free to book a laundry package as an option. This is possible during the booking or at any time thereafter for a fee.
