This unique apartment is spread over two floors and offers a wonderful vacation home for up to 4 people on 60 square meters. On the ground floor is the fully equipped, open plan living space and kitchen area, which leaves nothing to be desired. Furnished with a reading chair, a comfortable couch, large flat-screen TV and a dining table with bench, this room quickly becomes the heart of your vacation. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and many other important utensils. This allows you to prepare your own meals excellently. From the living room you can access the sun terrace with southwest orientation. A large parasol ensures pleasant shade while you spend the holiday time outdoors. The location of the house, in the middle of the quiet surroundings, is distinctive and helps to make you feel refreshed after just a few hours. In front of the front door, with a cup of coffee, you can start the day on the bench. A staircase in the hallway leads to the upper floor of the house where the two bedrooms are located. In the larger of the two rooms, you will find a comfortable double bed (lying area 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a bespoke wardrobe for your wardrobe. Special coziness is achieved by the indirect lighting, which is installed both in the living room and kitchen, and in the upper floor behind the double bed in the bedroom. So enjoy the evening hours in front of the TV or read a book in bed in a pleasant atmosphere. The smaller of the two bedrooms features twin beds, one of which can be folded up to give you the best possible use of the space. A third and fourth person - ideally children - can stay here while you let the view of the surrounding Sweden houses wander. Wi-Fi is available. The small daylight bathroom is completely modernized and offers a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. So that you can also spend warm summer evenings with windows open, the apartment has screens. You can park your car in the assigned parking space on the lower parking deck, at the entrance of the complex. Note: entrance height 1.90 meter. You can safely park your bicycles in a bike room. Washing machine and dryer are available for use in the main building (extra charge). The car-free holiday complex is also particularly suitable for families with young children, as they can play safely and use the amenities of the area, such as their own playground. For our small visitors, there is also a high chair and children's travel cot(with mattress but without laundry).
