This special Chalet op Zee accommodation right on the water has its own style. The house on the lake is located in Wervershoof on our small island. It has a nice terrace and its own jetty. Access to the large wooden terrace Kitchen Fully equipped, open fitted kitchen with gas stove, kitchen island, small electric oven, filter coffee machine and toaster Bathrooms Daylight bathroom with towel warmer and large shower. Separate toilet The beds Bedroom 1: double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m with continuous mattress, dresser, 2 bedside tables, large wardrobe. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds each 0.80 x 2.00 m, 2 narrow wardrobes Guest access Guest access: Laundry room: In the front building at the entrance barrier there is a communal laundry room with washing machines & dryers (washing tokens can be purchased from the site management.) Boating: At the management, you can rent a boat for small trips. For example, you can drive to the direct center of Medemblik, or in the other direction to the Boxwei nature reserve. All waterways are marked. The boats are license-free in the offered size and speed. Playground: Near the front parking lot there is a small, fenced playground. Swimming: Shared bathing jetty with a small lawn Other things to note There are additional costs on site: Environmental tax - 3.5 euros per person from 18 years per night (to be paid in cash on site). Final cleaning - 60 euros (to be paid in cash on site). Deposit of 150 euros to be paid in cash on site (will be refunded at the departure. Gas - 10 euros per day (from 11/01 to 03/31) You can bring the bed linen (duvet covers) and towels or rent them on site for 15 euros per person.
