The apartment house "Villa Seebaer" is located in a very good and central location on the beach road of the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik. The newly built "Villa Seebaer" in 2010 has 7 very nice, modern and spacious apartments, all with a terrace or balcony. Other things to note The friendly and bright 4-room apartment (about 68 m²) on the 3rd floor / attic (over 2 floors) has a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The floors on the 1st floor are all tiled, the flooring in the additional bedroom on the 2nd floor is wood laminate. The apartment can sleep a total of 6 people. From the hallway with wardrobe, mirror and dresser you can easily reach all rooms of your apartment. The spacious living/dining room has a separate seating area with a large, comfortable couch and coffee table, a wall unit and a separate dining table with 4 chairs. From the living room you have direct access to the large and sunny balcony (facing south) with balcony furniture for 3 people - here you can sit relaxed and cozy in the greenery! For your entertainment, a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with radio and CD player are available in the apartment. In addition, the apartment has free Wi-Fi. The open kitchen includes a fully equipped fitted kitchenette with 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well and sufficiently equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots. The friendly 1st bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box spring bed (180 × 200), bedside tables, as well as a spacious wardrobe. The separate 2nd bedroom has a box spring single bed, bedside table and wardrobe. The separate 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor is furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe and a wide armchair bed for 1 person. Bed linen and towels can be booked. The large and modern bathroom (with daylight / window) has a very large shower area (180 cm x 90 cm) with ground-level entry (senior-friendly!) and thermostatically controlled shower head, sink, toilet, hairdryer, towel radiator, underfloor heating and sufficient storage space. The apartment is primarily supplied with its own electricity from a photovoltaic system. You can park your car for free in a parking space belonging to your apartment right in front of the house. Well-behaved small to medium-sized dogs (max. two) are welcome.
