The apartment building "Villa Seebaer" is located in a very good and central location on the beach road of the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik. Newly built in 2010, Villa Seebaer has 7 very nice modern and spacious apartments, all with terrace or balcony. Other things to note The friendly and bright 3-room apartment (approx. 58 m²) on the 1st floor has a high level of functionality and is fully furnished. All floors of the apartment are tiled. The apartment sleeps 4 people. From the hallway with wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawers you can easily reach all rooms of your apartment. The spacious living/dining room has a separate seating area with large, comfortable couch and coffee table, a closet wall and a separate dining table with 4 chairs. From the living room you have direct access to the large and sunny balcony (facing south) with balcony furniture - here you sit relaxed and cozy in the countryside! For your entertainment, a modern flat-screen TV as well as a stereo system with radio and CD player are available in the apartment. Furthermore, the apartment has free wifi. The open kitchen includes a fully equipped fitted kitchenette with 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, extractor, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots. The friendly 1st bedroom is furnished with a comfy double bed, bedside tables and a spacious closet. The separate 2nd bedroom has 2 separate box spring single beds, a bedside table and a spacious closet. Sheets and towels can be booked. The large and modern bathroom (with natural light / window) has a very large shower area (180cm x 90cm) with walk-in walk-in (senior friendly!) and thermostat controlled shower, washbasin, WC, hair dryer, towel radiator, underfloor heating as well as plenty of storage options. The apartment is primarily supplied with its own electricity from a photovoltaic system. You can park your car for free in a parking space belonging to your apartment right in front of the house.
