This beautiful new apartment invites you to relax and feel good. The large balcony is southwest facing and perfect for outdoor dining. The property is centrally located in the village and an ideal starting point for exploring the region. The Oder-Neiße cycle path is only a 10-minute walk away. But excursions to Berlin are also possible (70 min by car). With a 1.60 bed and a sofa bed, up to 4 people can stay here. The space The apartment is bright and nicely furnished. The new and fully equipped kitchen has an induction stove, oven and dishwasher. In the living area, there is a couch which can be transformed into a comfortable bed and offers sleeping comfort with a 22 cm thick mattress. In the bedroom there is a 1.80 m wide bed. The bathroom has a large shower and a bathtub as well as a double sink. The large balcony facing southwest is particularly nice. The staircase and garden are still under renovation. Guest access You enter the staircase via the main entrance on the street side and from there into the apartment. After consultation, the garden can also be used for sunbathing, playing, making a fire, playing table tennis... Other things to note Parts of the property are still under construction. It can happen that it gets loud due to construction work.
