Location The completely renovated vacation home is located in Klixbüll near Niebüll. Here you can reach restaurants, a merchant, a baker and a pharmacy in just five minutes by car. The surrounding area offers numerous excursion destinations: From Niebüll (train station 5 km away) you can easily reach the island of Sylt by train. The islands of Föhr and Amrum can be reached by ferry from Dagebüll (about 15 km away). The Danish peninsula of Rømø with its impressive sandy beaches is about an hour away by car. In Klixbüll you will find a heated wave pool. Amenities The 100 sqm vacation home has three bedrooms, each with comfortable double beds. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, the third on the upper floor. Upon arrival, the beds are freshly made so that your vacation can begin immediately. Upstairs there is also a modern shower room and a retreat to relax. The open, well-equipped kitchen invites hobby chefs to cook: you will find a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, an induction stove, a coffee machine (filter size 4), a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher. The cozy seating area offers space for social gatherings. The living area with a comfortable sofa area is ideal for cozy fireplace evenings or exciting movie evenings in front of the large flat-screen TV. The bathroom on the ground floor offers a shower as well as a bathtub for relaxing moments. A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room. The sheltered terrace invites you to end the day. Special features The non-smoking vacation home also welcomes four-legged friends. We are happy to provide Wi-Fi free of charge. Bicycles can be safely stored in the adjacent storage room. Parking is available right by the house.
