Location The completely renovated holiday house is located in Klixbüll near Niebüll. Here you can reach restaurants, a merchant, a bakery and a pharmacy in just five minutes by car. The surrounding area offers numerous excursion destinations: from Niebüll (train station 5 km away) you can easily reach the island of Sylt by train. The islands of Föhr and Amrum can be reached by ferry from Dagebüll (about 15 km away). The Danish peninsula Rømø with its impressive sandy beaches is about an hour away by car. In Klixbüll you will be offered a heated wave pool. Facilities The 100 sqm cottage has three bedrooms, each with comfortable double beds. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, the third upstairs. Upon your arrival, the beds are freshly made, so your vacation can start immediately. Upstairs there is also a modern shower room and a retreat to relax. The open-plan, well-equipped kitchen invites amateur cooks to cook: Here, you will find a fridge with a freezer compartment, an oven, an induction cooktop, a coffee maker (filter size 4), a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, and a dishwasher. The cozy sitting area offers space for social rounds. The living area with a comfortable sofa landscape is ideal for cozy fireplace evenings or exciting movie nights in front of the large flat screen TV. In addition to a shower, the downstairs bathroom also offers a bathtub for relaxing moments. A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room. Bicycles can be safely stored in the adjacent storage room. Parking is available directly at the house.
