Welcome to our new holiday apartment, Thule, on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Poel. Our holiday apartment "Thule" is located in the center of Kirchdorf, the main town on the island of Poel. The harbor and the nearest shops are just a few minutes' walk away. The island has three main beaches: Schwarzer Busch, Timmendorf, and Gollwitz. These are just a few kilometers away and easily accessible by bike. Just outside the island, the World Heritage city of Wismar beckons with its historic market square and Gothic churches. This former Hanseatic city also boasts a wide range of leisure activities and a maritime harbor atmosphere. Our modern Thule holiday apartment for 2 people, approx. 27 m²: - Living/bedroom with open-plan kitchen and dining area, fold-away bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, 2 single mattresses), sofa, flat-screen TV, dining area for 2 people - Open-plan kitchen equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, separate 2-burner stove, toaster, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and much more. - Shower room with shower, toilet, and mirrored cabinet - Terrace in the courtyard with seating (chairs and table) and barbecue - Free Wi-Fi - Free parking on site Please note that there are fees for bringing a dog that are not billed through Airbnb! (Cost: €20.00 per person) Poel Municipality Tourist Tax All persons staying in the municipality of Ostseebad Insel Poel who do not have their primary residence on the island are subject to the tourist tax. April 1 to October 31: Adults aged 18 and over: €2.50 per night November 1 to March 31 Adults aged 18 and over: €1.50 per night Severely disabled persons with a degree of 80 or higher and their accompanying person ("B" in the severely disabled person's ID card) are exempt from the tourist tax. Children up to and including 17 years of age Children, grandchildren, siblings, parents, grandparents, parents-in-law, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law of persons who have their habitual residence in the tax area, provided they are incorporated into their household without remuneration. Persons performing their duties on the island, provided they do not use the beaches and facilities. Other things to note Infants and Toddlers Please note that infants and toddlers generally stay free of charge on Airbnb and do not pay for accommodation or any linen package. Therefore, linens are not provided by the host. However, if needed, they can be rented or provided for a fee. Please note that Airbnb does not include pet fees. These will be billed separately by us.
