This spacious upper floor apartment for up to 4 people (babies must already be included here) with a maximum of 2 adults offers enough space for relaxing days on the island with 60 m². Since the property is located in a depression, the access to the apartment from the street is on the high ground floor and can be reached by a few steps. There you can watch the action on the riding arena or the nearby island train. The apartment has two inviting bedrooms: In the larger of the two bedrooms, a large double bed (180×200 cm) awaits you for relaxing nights. There is also a spacious wardrobe for your vacation wardrobe. The room can be darkened with interior roller blinds. In addition, pleated blinds ensure the perfect privacy. The second bedroom is ideal for children and offers a comfortable bunk bed (2x 90×200 cm) and an armchair. Here, too, interior roller blinds, pleated blinds and a practical dresser are available. Relax in the living room on the comfortable corner sofa or the cozy armchair and enjoy your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV. For social evenings, a selection of games, books, and DVDs as well as a hi-fi system are available. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and offers everything you need: from a 4-plate ceramic hob to an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave to the coffee machine (optional filter or Senseo), kettle, toaster and hand mixer. In addition, many other kitchen utensils are available to prepare culinary delicacies. A radio completes the equipment. The bathroom has a shower as well as a toilet and a sink. A towel heater provides cozy warm towels after showering. Enjoy the fresh North Sea air on your own terrace in the garden area of the house, which is equipped with comfortable seating furniture. Here you can spend relaxing hours outdoors and enjoy the island atmosphere to the fullest. Next to the apartment there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. Both can be used free of charge. The apartment has Wi-Fi so you can stay connected with your loved ones even on vacation. A crib and high chair can be provided upon request. No pets are allowed in this apartment.
