Newly built apartment on the 1st floor can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a living-dining room with balcony, underfloor heating and fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms, attic with sofa bed. Shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine, e-bike garage and parking with wallbox (paid) are available. Pets are not allowed. Sheets and towels can be booked for a fee. Key collection takes place at our Norddeicher Str. 55 office in the north. Other things to note The modern, cozy new apartment on the 2nd floor can accommodate up to 6 people for a relaxing vacation. It was only built in 2024. The bright living-dining room invites you to linger with a cozy breakfast or a good glass of wine. Watch your favorite movie on the big smart TV or read a good book on the comfortable couch. In sunny weather, you can relax on the spacious balcony. On cold days, the underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. In the fully equipped, open kitchen you will find a 4-plate ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher, as well as a fridge with freezer, Senseo and coffee maker, kettle, toaster and much more for your "perfect North Sea dinner". The shower room with a walk-in shower leaves nothing to be desired: The apartment offers two bedrooms - one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. On the 2nd floor, children and young people can set up "their own kingdom". Here you will find another smart TV. The sofa bed offers space for the 5th/6th person Free Wi-Fi is of course available - of course you can also use the available washing machine. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the "Ferienwohnung Doc´s Ruhe-Insel". This apartment has a private and paved parking space right next to the apartment. Here you can charge your e-car at our wallbox for a fee (€40/week) with your own charging cable with a type 2 plug. You can store your bikes safely in our garden house - there are sockets for charging your e-bike batteries. Linens and towels are not provided in the vacation property. However, this can be booked for a fee. Please note that the key pick-up takes place in our office at Norddeicher Str. 55 in Norden.
