Spend the day on the lake or on our large lake view patio, then unwind at night at our fire pit or in the hot tub! Nearby, you can find a drive-in movie theater, mini golf and ice cream- fun for everyone! In the winter months, bring your snowmobiles to enjoy direct access to hundreds of miles of marked and groomed snowmobile trails including nearby Letchworth State Park. The space Our modern and spacious cottage sleeps 12 in beds, 1 in a crib, with room to spare! The home is clean, bright, and welcoming. Kids and teens will enjoy our game room with a PlayStation and games. Our kitchen provides everything you need to cook up your favorite meal, and with both indoor and outdoor dining area options, you’ll have plenty of space for everyone to grab a seat. Each of our 5 bedrooms have plenty of closet space, fresh linens and towels available for you. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, including the spacious patio & hot tub, dock, large backyard, shed, and fire pit.
