The open plan living area consists of a cozy living room with TV, a dining area with a large table, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a separate bathroom. All bedrooms are located on the first floor and have their own bathroom, air conditioning and TV. From the living area you have direct access to the outdoor area, which will leave you speechless. If you want to spend your vacation in the sun, you will find a large and very inviting pool with hydromassage in front of the villa. Bicycles are at your disposal to discover and explore the surrounding area. The villa offers you many other ways to stay active, such as basketball, volleyball and badminton. For special family moments, the villa offers a large covered outdoor dining area with gas barbecue, which is the perfect place for a family gathering. The center of Pula is about 10 minutes away by car. We recommend you to take a walk through the historic city and visit the numerous buildings from the Roman period, such as the amphitheater and the Temple of Augustus. All nature lovers will be delighted by the unspoiled nature of Premantura and the Brijuni National Park, which are located not far from the villa. Premantura is the southernmost part of Istria, is very rocky and hides many pristine beaches and numerous cycling trails. The Brijuni National Park is a group of islands and islets covered with dense pine forest. On the island you will find numerous archaeological sites, a golf course, a museum and a zoo. Food lovers should definitely visit the interior of Istria and try many traditional dishes such as boskarin, truffles and Istrian pasta.
