Villa in the heart of Provence

The house is located in a quiet environment, perfect for family holidays. You'll just love the view on the holm oak hills whilst bathing in the pool. The small round pool is great for toddlers. You'll spend a lot of time outside, and you'll have at your disposal the barbecue, the traditional pizza oven and the fridges to keep your drinks cool. We recently set up a Bocce ball court. The space The one-storey house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and toilets, 1 bathroom with shower and separate toilets. The 4th bedroom is located in the studio, separate from the house, and has a bathroom with a shower and toilets, and a double bed (140x200 cm). You'll have 2 options to eat outside either on Terrace 1, just outside the house, or on Terrace 2 by the pool, which has an arbor, a fridge, a barbecue and a traditional pizza oven. Guest access You'll be able to park your car on the property. The village Le Thoronet is a five-minute drive from the Villa and you'll find everything you need there (convenience store, bakery, butcher's shop, chemist, doctors, restaurants). Other things to note RULES AND SAFETY The swimming pool is equipped with an alarm and an entry barrier for children's safety. It is forbidden to dismantle the alarm. You'll find the instructions for the alarm at the bar behind the pool. The owner shall not be held liable in the event of an accident due to non-compliance with the safety regulations. Bachelorette/bachelor parties and any other type of parties are forbidden. Please keep quiet after 10 pm. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to retain the deposit.
