Welcome to the cozy vacation apartment Bachem. It is located in the middle of the Burgundy wine village of Bachem, a district of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, on the Ahr. The Bachem vacation apartment is a bright and cozy apartment with a beautiful view of the vineyards, the sky and the greenery. It is located on the 2nd floor and has been lovingly renovated, converted and adapted to the needs of a vacation apartment. The house has three apartments. Other things to note The first and second floors are vacation apartments, while the hostess lives on the first floor. Due to its location in a traffic-calmed zone, it is very quiet. 2 bedrooms for 4 people. Large living area The dining area by the window is much appreciated by many guests because of the beautiful view. Bathroom with spacious shower and wall-mounted radio. Well-equipped kitchen, the hostess is happy to help out if something is missing. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. If required, washing machine + dryer can be used for a small fee. Parking space for 1 car at the house. Parking for e-bikes + bicycles behind the lockable gate. The bakery is 100 m away, the Dorfschänke Bachem with kitchen and good home cooking 180 m, the playground 2 minutes walk. You can walk to the vineyards in 5 minutes, to the Ahr in 2 minutes, to the historic town center of Ahrweiler with its medieval town wall, beautiful pedestrian zone and market square, good shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés in approx. 15-20 minutes, to Bad Neuenahr with its shopping facilities, restaurants, casino, climbing forest in approx. 20-25 minutes. The Ahr Valley can be explored on foot or by bike via the Red Wine Hiking Trail and the Ahrsteig. With the guest card you can travel for free on public transport.
