There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor, while 3 bedrooms are spread over the upper floor. This beautiful vacation home has a lovely private pool, which makes for refreshing and relaxing moments. There is also a lovely covered terrace with a large dining table for al fresco dining. In the garden, in a separate covered terrace, there is an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, several gas stoves, sink, fridge and microwave. The perfect place to cook on warm and sunny days! Of course, there is also a fully equipped kitchen in the villa. The kitchen is located on the first floor with an open concept, together with the colorful dining area and the cozy living room. The spacious garden offers plenty of space for the little ones - table tennis, soccer goals, a badminton or volleyball net are available. The location of the villa will not disappoint you either. It is located in a quiet Istrian village with many cycling and hiking trails in the area, while the beautiful Istrian hinterland with its medieval hilltop towns and gastronomic gems is only a short drive away. Villa Magdalena is located in a village called Presika near Labin. Labin is a small town on the east coast of Istria. It is located on a hill, just a few kilometers from the coastal town of Rabac, which is famous for its pebble beaches. Labin and Rabac are tourist towns and offer many restaurants, cafés and stores. In the surrounding area you have a choice of cycling and hiking trails to explore. You can also explore many great restaurants in the area. Many of these dishes have included truffles in the flavor palette, as some of the best truffles in the world can actually be found in Istria. If you want to visit other hotspots of Istria, it will take you about 1 hour drive to get to Pula, Rovinj or Porec.
