Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The spacious and cozy apartment with size of 72 m² is located on the ground floor of a holiday home in Wenkendorf on Fehmarn. The well-kept, sophisticated non-smoking apartment has two bedrooms, one living room, kitchen, hallway, and a large, partially covered terrace. All rooms are comfortably furnished and equipped with underfloor heating. The space The bright and spacious living room has a size of about 27 m2 and direct access to the south terrace. It has ample space for a dining area and a cozy sitting area in front of the fireplace. In addition to a dining table and four chairs, there is a display cabinet with plenty of cutlery and dishes as well as an additional high chair in the dining area. You have a direct view of the fireplace from the comfortable leather set (a 3- and a double sofa as well as an armchair). Amenities also include a new smart TV with satellite reception and WiFi, a DVD player and an internet stereo system. There are also some books and board games available. The superbly equipped kitchen with a size of about 4m2 has a 4-burner electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, extractor hood, dishwasher and fridge with a separate 3-star freezer compartment with about 45 l capacity. In addition, there is a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, milk frother and toaster, as well as plenty of pans, pots, knives, and cooking utensils. A window provides fresh air. A new kitchen was built in in March 2019. In addition to the normal amenities, the 5m2 bathroom has a spacious, walk-in shower, washing machine, hair dryer, socket radio and an outside window. In the spacious 13 m²bedroom there is a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with adjustable slatted frames and high-quality new spring mattresses.
