This well-maintained, sophisticated non-smoking apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom, and a large, partially covered terrace. All rooms are comfortably furnished and equipped with underfloor heating. The space The bright and spacious living room has a size of about 27 m2 and direct access to the south terrace. It has ample space for a dining area and a cozy sitting area in front of the fireplace. In addition to a dining table and four chairs, there is a display cabinet with plenty of cutlery and dishes as well as an additional high chair in the dining area. A direct view of the fireplace from the comfortable corner sofa. Amenities also include a new smart TV with satellite reception and Wi-Fi (fiber optic connection), a DVD player and an Internet stereo system. There are also some books and board games available. The superbly equipped kitchen with a size of about 4m2 has a 4-burner electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, extractor hood, dishwasher and fridge with a separate 3-star freezer compartment with about 45 l capacity. In addition, there is a microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster as well as plenty of pans, pots, knives and cooking utensils. A window provides fresh air. A new kitchen was built in in March 2019. In addition to the normal features, the 5 m² bathroom has a spacious low-entry shower, washing machine, hairdryer, plug-in radio and exterior window. The spacious 13 m² bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with new mattresses (2025). In addition to two reading lamps and two bedside tables, there are plenty of bedding, two additional chairs and a blackout shade. A spacious, new wardrobe offers plenty of space. A safe is also available. In the 11 m² children's room there are two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) with adjustable slatted frames, high-quality innerspring mattresses.
