Nice top-floor apartment for 4 people, situated on the fourth floor of a small residential building. It is located in the Port de Llançà, 600 metres from the Port beach and 350 metres from La Farella beach, close to the centre and shops and restaurants. The homeowner or property manager will ask for a deposit of €200 and is required to collect the tourist tax in the amount and conditions determined by the local authorities. The space To get to the apartment, you have to go down some stairs from the street to go into the residential building and then walk up to the top floor. When you go in, there is a large open-space with an open kitchen and lounge-dining room with large French windows which let in lots of natural light and lead out to the balcony. There is a sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, a TV and other furniture. The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances you will need for your stay: fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Mini Moka Express coffee machine and tableware. On the balcony there is a small table and chairs, a sofa with cushions, awning and views of the town and the road. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe and door leading to a small balcony with views of the town and mountains. The other bedroom has bunk beds (2 places), a desk and an open wardrobe. Sheets are provided. There is 1 full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and towels. Air conditioning, radiators.
