With an additional floor of stairs you can access the attic with a comfortable double bedroom and private bathroom. Behind the apartment there is a path of a few meters that leads to a private green space, for condominium use, to be used in the hottest season. The apartment is located on a very quiet side street, about 200 meters away there is a paid parking lot and a green area equipped for physical activity.
