In the living area, a cozy sofa with great views of the Baltic Sea awaits you. The large flat screen TV offers entertainment and has been mounted above a spacious sideboard. The round dining area also invites you to linger. Here you can relax and take your prepared meals. In the high-quality fitted kitchen you will find plenty of storage space for food, an oven, a 4-field ceramic stove and an integrated microwaves as a combined appliance, a dishwasher as well as comprehensive equipment for cooking and subsequent enjoyment. In the sleeping area there is a high-quality double bed for relaxing vacation nights. Behind it there is plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe in the large 3-door wardrobe. The new, bright tiled bathroom features a particularly spacious shower with glass walls and flat entry. Towel radiators, sockets, a sink cabinet with drawers and an illuminated mirror are other amenities that this shower room offers you on vacation. From the south-west facing furnished balcony with stunning views over the entire south beach, promenade and sea, you can enjoy the sun from noon to evening.
