We provide daily cleaning and cooking staff for the guests. House also provide all itens and acessories for kitchen, bath and bedrooms. The space Located at 1800 meters above sea level, this unique place is surrounded by native Araucaria forests, views to local scenery, within a short walking distance from the State Governor's Winter Castle. Perfect place to stay with family, large green garden area with playground for kids and pets. The house has an outside pool, barbecue place and outdoor sport court. The house is set in an area of 9000 m2 of green playground and usable area. Guest access The house is located near a local hotel and ideal for morning walks, jogging and horseback riding trails leaving right at the front entrance of the house. House is gated and monitored in the front with housekeeper in the property all the time during stay. Other things to note Our guests will be served by a local cooker/cleaner during all stay and included in the offered rate. Special foods/diets can be served as long as requested in advance. We do have our own gardening and depending on the time of the year, you can try our organic vegetables. We do have our own pets, but your pet is welcome. Large gated garden area to play around.
