The name of the house is the program - ZingstZeit - Time for yourself: they enter and feel comfortable – bright, light-filled rooms and an appealing, chic decor. Our house is quiet and at the same time in the middle of Zingst. The house is bright and modernly equipped, individual images and accessories give a harmonious overall impression. A small selection of books, various entertainment electronics and games ensure cozy hours by the crackling fireplace or in the screened idyllic garden with terrace and playgrounds for children. On the ground floor, the south-facing living area with light-flooded Darß veranda and open high-quality fully equipped fitted kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer combination. The equipment is completed with a spacious dining area, a cozy leather seating couch, fireplace with viewing window, flat screen with satellite connection, CD radio and free Wi-Fi for internet access. The entire ground floor is brightly tiled. The hallway on the ground floor is equipped with a shoe cabinet. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower and toilet; the bathroom on the upper floor has an additional sauna. A massive wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you will find the master bedroom with box spring bed (1.8x2,00m), flat screen with satellite connection and a walk-in closet with safe. In the second bedroom, the sleeping options consist of 2 single beds (0,90 x 2.00 m). The single beds have a bed box which can be used as storage space for suitcases etc. Bedside tables, wardrobe and dresser complete the equipment. All bedrooms have a blackout option and are equipped with vinyl flooring. The open staircase access leads to the pointed floor. Here you will find another sleeping possibility for 2 persons on the pull-out sofa bed (ideal for children). The wonderfully white sand beach and the Bodden can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes, shopping and restaurants in about 3 minutes. Notes: Bedding and towels can either be brought yourself or rented on request at the price of €28.00/person. In addition, the local spa tax is applied. For the house, a refundable deposit of €100.00 must be made with the final payment.
