Our chic apartment is on the ground floor, has a separate entrance and offers about 100 square meters of living space, space for up to 5 people plus toddler (baby cot available). A parking space is located directly at the apartment. A garage can also be used for your car or e-bikes and bicycles The space The apartment has two private terraces, a sun terrace and a covered and sheltered terrace. The garden on the terrace is fenced. Pets are also welcome here (for 8 euros per night). The garden has therefore now been completely fenced! The spacious living room with adjoining dining room features a modern, high-quality living room couch, a flat-screen TV incl. a wall unit and a large dining set in the light-flooded dining room. A separate sofa bed is available for our guests to sleep there. The kitchen is equipped with a new kitchenette, incl. a refrigerator, electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. and dishwasher. There is also a seating area in the kitchen. From the kitchen you have direct access to your sun terrace. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and large sliding door wardrobe. We are happy to provide a guest bed in the apartment when booking for 5 people. In the spacious bathroom there are two sinks, a shower, a large tub with whirlpool function, as well as a toilet. Shopping, bakeries, a swimming pool and restaurants are about 5 km from your vacation home. You can reach a swimming lake with a small dog beach in about 6 km.
