Book now and experience magical moments with your family! The space Welcome to our charming maisonette perched on top of a hill, offering stunning views of the valley. Equipped with red shutters that give it all its charm, our house offers you an ideal setting for a relaxing vacation in the heart of the Périgord Noir. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom with toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge-freezer, gas stove, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. You can also enjoy a dining and living room area, with a sofa and TV. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms await you, each equipped with a double bed and a storage cabinet. A sofa bed in the living room also offers the possibility of accommodating two extra beds. Outside, a garden table and chairs allow you to fully enjoy the enchanting setting around you. A charcoal barbecue is also available for friendly outdoor meals. Housekeeping and linen are included in your stay, including sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels. Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire maisonette, which includes: The ground floor with the bathroom and toilet, the fully equipped kitchen, the living and dining room with a sofa bed. The floor with the two bedrooms equipped with double beds and storage cabinets. The exterior includes the courtyard, the 1000 m2 garden, as well as the table, garden chairs and charcoal barbecue. It should be noted that the large house on the plot will be closed during your stay, thus offering you the exclusivity of the maisonette and its outdoor spaces. Other things to note Before you book, we would like to inform you of some special features of our accommodation: Our maisonette is located on top of a hill, offering wonderful views of the valley. However, please note that access to the house may require climbing a few steps or a slope. We have a safety fence at the staircase to ensure the safety of children. Parking is available on the plot, but please note that access may be a bit narrow for large vehicles. Due to our location in the countryside, the internet connection may be weaker than in urban areas. However, this gives you the opportunity to disconnect and fully enjoy the surrounding nature. We are located in a small quiet hamlet, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. We therefore ask you to respect the tranquility of the place and our neighbors. Finally, please note that our accommodation is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility due to the stairs leading to the upper floor.
