Its name "Genf" comes from "Ginevra," daughter of the first buyer. You can set out from the doorway and take countless mountain trails or the Livigno bike path, which, shielded from traffic, will take you to the town center in total tranquility. By reaching the Palipert ski lift, about 500 metres away, you can access the entire Carosello 3000 ski area directly on skis or by bus. Cross-country skiers, on the other hand, can access the dedicated ring, right in front of the villa. Near the Villa, there are two typical Livigno culinary stops, Cusini Dolce & Salato, ideal for fantastic breakfasts or snacks, and Rosticceria Campestre for ready meals or basic groceries. Snow is a three-room apartment located on the ground floor of the villa and is a suitable solution for 4 guests. The living area is spacious and convivial, dining and cooking areas interface via the kitchen island, creating a fluid space with an open design. The sleeping area, private and aloof, consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower.
