The property is generously laid out and consists of a ground floor and a first floor, each with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a stylish living room and a state-of-the-art kitchen. The tasteful furnishings and carefully selected details give the house an inviting atmosphere that invites you to linger. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people, with 8 people being the optimal occupancy. Access from the ground floor to the first floor is via a picturesque external staircase. A covered terrace with a barbecue invites you to spend sociable evenings, while the well-kept garden and the spacious 32 m2 pool represent an oasis of relaxation. Parking spaces in the yard ensure convenient storage of vehicles. Located in a quiet and idyllic area, the villa is not suitable for parties and youth groups are not allowed. This guarantees guests an undisturbed and relaxing break in this dreamlike environment. This villa is undoubtedly a place where unforgettable memories are created. The deposit will be paid out on the day of departure if no damage has been caused. All prices quoted are fully inclusive of consumption costs, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, internet, air conditioning, tourist tax and parking spaces. In the months of July and August, arrival and departure are only possible on Saturdays. Pets are welcome! A cleaning fee of EUR 70 per week and pet is charged extra. The pool is heated in the months of May, June, September and October. The standard setting is 28° C. However, the temperature depends on the weather.
