There is also an outdoor swimming pool and for the little ones the indoor playground "Pelotero", as well as restaurants and a great Italian ice cream cafe & pizzeria directly at the church. The nearest free swimming spot on the North Sea can be found in the Wesselburenerkoog just before the Eidersperrwerk. Easily accessible by bike in 15 to 20 are two special cafes: the Koog Café in Wesselburenerkoog and not far from it the beach Hall. In Hedwigenkoog there is a climbing and boulder hall "Hold on Tide" as well as the charming Café Hedwig. In about 20 minutes by car you can reach the wonderful, long sandy beaches of St. Peter-Ording with original gastronomy and exclusive shops.
