Supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and the train station are within a few minutes' walk. The distance to the A7 highway is less than a 5-minute drive. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment. The apartment has 4 comfortable box spring beds, a large smart TV with SKY (incl. Sky Go, Sky Football Bundesliga, Sky Cinema, Discovery+ Voucher, Sky Entertainment, Paramount+ Voucher, Sky Sport) and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge and everything you need. The bathroom is equipped with 2 sinks, toilet and shower. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the important things such as shower gel & shampoo, Q tips, cotton pads, etc. For sports activities, you will find an ergometer in the apartment. A height-adjustable desk and a safe per guest are also part of the furnishings. Plenty of parking is available free of charge at and around the building. A brand new outdoor terrace is available at the in-house parking lot for nice evenings. By arrangement, a separate laundry service is possible at an additional cost during your stay. The house is located approx. 20 meters from the main road in a quiet residential area. New triple-glazed windows contribute to a quiet and well air-conditioned living space. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a Greek bistro for a quick bite to eat or a gym for sports activities about 100 m away.
