Welcome to our attic apartment located in the middle of Pforzheim. Despite the central location, it is quiet and very pleasant to live in. Ideally located for the University of Design, it is a 13-minute walk away. The University of Applied Sciences BUSINESS School is a 36-minute walk or 17 minutes by bus line 5. Helios Klinikum: 18 min on foot, 15 min by bus, 5 min by car. The space The attic apartment on the 5th floor, which was only expanded in 2024, floor, may be climbed athletically via the staircase, to then enjoy the view from high above the city park opposite. Two small bedrooms with 2 single beds each, thus offering space for up to 4 people. Optionally, the sofa can also be pulled out. This is located in the open living/dining area of the apartment. The kitchenette is also installed there. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. If you need anything else, please ask us. We offer a French press for making coffee. A washing machine is available to you in the shower room. The apartment is heated by underfloor heating. Guest access The guests have the whole apartment at their complete disposal and it is not used by anyone else. Other things to note The parking situation on site is not always easy. We are happy to give tips on where to park if the three free parking spaces in front of the neighboring house are occupied. Please do not smoke in the apartment, but go to the balcony. The separation of garbage must be strictly observed, waste glass must be taken to a public container. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
