The 70 sqm two-room holiday apartment, located in the middle of a newly renovated holiday complex, offers guests seeking relaxation everything their heart and soul desires in a quiet, natural setting. The apartment is modernly furnished to a high standard and has both a terrace and a balcony, both with stunning views of the Baltic Sea, about a 15-minute walk away, and the adjacent 18-hole golf course. Whether you're a golfer, a beach lover, or a more natural beach lover, ideal for hiking and amber collecting – everything is within walking distance. And if you're feeling bored by the tranquility, the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen and the beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar – each just a 20-minute drive away – offer plenty of hustle and bustle and other activities. Located directly on the "Huk" of Hohen-Wieschendorf (the beautiful peninsula between Wismar and Boltenhagen), your vacation apartment is a starting point for a variety of activities. In just a 15-minute walk, you'll reach the pristine beach with excellent swimming opportunities and seasonal beach chair rentals. Here, you'll also find the Hohen Wieschendorf Marina with its marina and restaurant. Hikers and nature lovers will enjoy the fantastic hiking opportunities along the kilometer-long natural beach and the cliffs. And after paying a relatively modest green fee, golf enthusiasts can explore the magnificent 18-hole golf course and work on their handicap. The tee for hole 1 is just 50 meters from your terrace. The apartment welcomes you with a bright and modernly furnished living area, where a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed, offers two additional sleeping spaces measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m. Self-caterers will find a very high-quality kitchen integrated into the living area. For shared meals, you can use the large dining-kitchen island with four comfortable bar stools or, in good weather, the dining table on the approximately 18 m² terrace. The additional balcony with a wonderful view offers you relaxation – either in a hammock or on two sun loungers. In the cozy bedroom with a large four-poster bed (1.80 m x 2.10 m), a spacious dresser, a bench, and suitcase stands, you can spend restful nights in incredible peace and quiet. A modern bathroom with a shower, sink, heated towel rail, and toilet completes the offering. A shared washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. Technological entertainment is provided by a flat-screen (smart TV), USB stereo system, and free Wi-Fi. This is a non-smoking residence. You can park your car free of charge in the reserved outdoor parking space. You can store your bicycles in lockable bike boxes. Holiday destination Hohen Wischendorf between Wismar and Boltenhagen The apartment is quietly and sunnyly located between Wismar – a World Heritage Site – and the seaside resort of Boltenhagen, in Hohen Wieschendorf. The nearby natural beach and small marina are just a few minutes' walk away, approximately 0.8 km away. After a stroll on the beach, you can enjoy the sea view and the view of the island of Poel from the restaurant's outdoor terrace. The property is located in the designated nature reserve Hear the crane. Tourist tax in Hohen Wieschendorf: From April 1st to October 31st of each year, a tourist tax is charged by the municipality. This is paid to the municipality by the landlord. Please note that the tourist tax must be paid on site upon handover of the keys for the booked period.
