The apartment is located in an annex of the Hotel Hacienda - a small individual city hotel in a quiet location away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Lake Constance is 5 minutes by car or bike. There is a bus stop right in front of the house and a closed bicycle garage. The space The Hacienda FLAT1 is located in an annex of the Hotel Hacienda - a small hotel in a former café from the 1930s. Not an off-the-peg apartment, but equipped with a lot of love and creativity. High-quality and natural materials - color and light make the FLAT a special place It is located on the first floor and consists of a bright living room in which the semi-open sleeping area is integrated from warm natural wood. A fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area and a cozy sofa overlooking the garden. The apartment has a second, separate bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom with shower. The terrace with sun loungers and dining area is quietly located in the garden with slackline. The Seewald is only 200 m away. Here you can jog or walk with the dog. If you want, you can leave your car and explore everything by bike. There is a closed bicycle garage for our guests and a wallbox for electric cars - of course with green electricity. Guest access The entrance is in the courtyard. Before arrival, you will receive a code for the key box. There is also a red-edged key on the key ring. This is for the bicycle garage which is also located in the courtyard.
