Apartment for rent (Viechtach)

Our apartment is located in Viechtach, where vacation is still relaxation. Viechtach itself is idyllically located in a wooded area in the beautiful Bavarian Forest. You will find plenty of shopping opportunities to cater for your everyday needs: baker, butcher, beverage and supermarkets. Even in winter, Viechtach and the surrounding area have many ski areas, e.g. the Lohberg-Scheiben cross-country skiing center. St. Englmar ski lift, Pröller ski lift, Grün ski lift, St. Englmar toboggan run, excursions to the Czech Republic. The space The apartment Zur Wacht is 65 m² and is located on the 2nd floor, is designed for 3 adults and a toddler. In the bedroom there is a double bed + baby bed (baby blanket must be brought by yourself) with TV. A cozy living room with sofa bed on which the third person sleeps, with a large flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi and PlayStation 4. The cozy eat-in kitchen is equipped with a dining table, high chair for toddlers, oven, microwave, mixer, kettle, milk frother, coffee maker, toaster, radio, fridge with freezer and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, (separate toilet) hairdryer, washing machine and towels. A children's play corner is also available with toys. Of course, a fitness stepper and exercise bike are a must. In addition, the apartment has its own balcony with seating area, parasol, and a gas grill, at the same time entrance area where you can enjoy the sun and tranquility. The front door entrance is NOT barrier-free, access is via an external staircase. Guest access Arrival is possible from 4 pm to 7 pm. Departure is possible from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation. The key handover takes place on site.
