Apartment for rent (Viechtach)

Our apartment is located in Viechtach, where vacation is still relaxation. Viechtach itself is idyllically located in a forest-rich area in the beautiful Bavarian Forest. You will find plenty of shopping for everyday needs: bakers, butchers, drinks and supermarkets. Even in winter, Viechtach and its surroundings have many ski resorts, e.g. cross-country skiing center Lohberg windows. Ski lift St.Englmar, ski lift Pröller, ski lift green, sled run St.Englmar, excursions to the Czech Republic. The space The apartment Zur Wacht is 65 square meters and is located on the 1st floor, is designed for 3 adults and one infant. In the bedroom, there is a double bed + baby bed (baby duvet must be brought yourself) with TV. A cozily furnished living room with sofa bed on which the third person sleeps, with satellite large flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and Playstation 4. The cozy kitchen-living room is equipped with a dining table, high chair for infants, oven, microwave, stirrer, kettle, milk frother, coffee machine, toaster radio refrigerator with freezer and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, (separate toilet), hairdryer, washing machine and towels. A children's play area is also available with toys. Of course, a fitness stepper and exercise bike are a must. In addition, the apartment has its own balcony with seating area, parasol, and a gas grill, at the same time entrance area where you can enjoy the sun and tranquility. The front door entrance is NOT barrier-free, access is via an external staircase. Guest access Arrival is possible from 4 pm to 7 pm. Departure is possible from 08:00 to 10:00. Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation. The key is handed over on site.
