Our apartment is located in a quiet location just a 5-minute walk from the city center, where there are restaurants, butchers, ... The popular knights playground is just 350 meters from us. Our town is the perfect base for activities in the surrounding area. In the garden you have the opportunity to grill or end your day by the campfire. Even our little guests are not neglected by us, a sandbox, a swing and a slide provide a lot of fun. The space Our 95 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our 1991 single-family home and offers plenty of space for 4 people. It has two separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double box spring bed, a couch, and access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 is equipped with two single box spring beds, which can also be pushed together on request, and a desk corner with chair. We will gladly provide you with a baby cot free of charge. The spacious balcony is equipped with a hanging chair, a table with 5 chairs and a lounger. The spacious living-dining area leaves nothing to be desired. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator incl. freezer, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker as well as the large dining table and the cozy couch invite you to relax. The spacious daylight bathroom has a bathtub, shower, sink and toilet. In front of the entrance door to the apartment there is a wardrobe in the stairwell, an additional wardrobe with bench is in the entrance area. Especially in summer, you can spend relaxed barbecue evenings in our garden. Please note that no pets are allowed. Wi-Fi and covered parking in front of the house are available free of charge.
