Apartment with balcony (Lechner's farm)

Our apartment is in a quiet location just 5 minutes' walk from the city center, where there are restaurants, butchers, ... The popular knight's playground is only 350 meters away from us. Our town is the perfect starting point for things to do in the area. In the garden you have the opportunity to grill or end your day by the campfire. Even our younger guests are not too short for us, a sandbox, a swing and a slide make for a lot of fun. The space Our 95 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of our detached house built in 1991 and offers ample space for 4 people. It has two separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double box spring bed, a couch, as well as access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 is equipped with two single box spring beds, which can also be pushed together on request and a desk corner with chair. We are also happy to provide you with a baby bed free of charge. The spacious balcony is furnished with a hanging chair, a table with 5 chairs and a sun lounger. The spacious living-dining area leaves nothing to be desired, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator incl. Freezer, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker as well as the large dining table and cozy couch invite you to feel comfortable. The spacious daylight bathroom has a bathtub, shower, sink and WC. In front of the front door into the holiday apartment there is a wardrobe in the stairwell, an additional wardrobe with bench is located in the entrance area. Especially in summer you can spend relaxing barbecue evenings in our backyard. Please note that no pets are allowed. The Wi-Fi and covered parking in front of the house can be used free of charge.
