The space The apartment is furnished with love and offers you the perfect place to relax and unwind. If you still need fast internet, it is available to you free of charge. The cozy double bed has a seat height of a pleasant 55cm. The mattresses have a width and length of 100x200 each. Two different mattress hardness levels give you the choice of how you want to sleep. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare yourself for relaxing days. Even on vacation you can cook, bake or grill something wonderful on the Weber Plancha. Eggs from our own chickens are available to you every day. Upon request and if there is free space, booking massages and cranio-sacral treatments is possible for stays of at least 3 nights and weekend visits. If you are interested, please inquire separately - the costs of this treatment must be paid separately! They are NOT integrated into the overnight stay! Guest access The apartment has separate access with a key. You have your own private living and outdoor area. With the key safe you can arrive relaxed on the day of arrival, during your stay and on the day of departure and enjoy your stay! The garden area is yours alone! Other things to note Important house rules (short version) • Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am – no parties • No smoking inside the apartment • No pets allowed • Please treat the apartment and furniture with care • Avoid noise on terrace and outdoor areas, especially at night • no slamming of the doors during the stay - inside and outside • Keys must be returned to the key safe when leaving We are a multi-family house with three apartments, including the vacation rental. We value respectful coexistence and ask for mutual respect and consideration, especially regarding noise levels and general house rules. Thank you!
