The highlight of the outdoor area is the private heated pool measuring 10 x 3 metres, which is equipped with an alarm system for security. Sun loungers and deckchairs offer relaxation amid breathtaking views. The house is located in the heart of the village of Empurany in the historic neighbourhood and offers uninterrupted views. A grocery shop with bread depot, a bar-tobacco post office, a restaurant, bowls, a municipal park, a climbing wall, swimming in the river Le Doux below the village.
