The ground floor has access to the pool, charming green garden and cosy dining area. Here you can prepare delicious meals or simply enjoy a glass of good Istrian wine. The large private pool 40 m2 is exclusively for your use during your stay in this beautiful villa. From the terrace on the upper floor you can enjoy the marvellous view of the surroundings. Villa Livia has a beautiful garden surrounding the villa. Here you can enjoy the sun on comfortable sun loungers. This villa offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the 21st century, yet is good as a base from which to visit all the delights that Istria has to offer. Youth groups are not allowed.
