For your private use: a 75 m² ground-floor flat with terraces, pergola, 10 x 4 saltwater swimming pool, barbecue, garden with trees, pool house with shower, wc and laundry area (only in summer). Private parking in front of the house. Other things to note Near Nyons, famous for its olive oil, and Vaison-la-Romaine, you can enjoy the famous markets of Provence and visit famous tourist sites such as the ancient theatre of Orange, the castle of Grignan, Mont Ventoux, the crocodile farm... If you're feeling more sporty, you'll find plenty to do in the surrounding mountains, with rock wall climbing, Mont Ventoux, numerous rivers, hiking and walking trails, superb hilltop villages, paragliding sites, cycling circuits, etc... Numerous opportunities to hire electric bikes. Downhill and cross-country skiing on Mont Ventoux and in the Pre-Alps in winter. Don't hesitate to discover the local wines and varied cuisines of the many restaurants that surround us, or simply enjoy the extreme sport of ‘farniente’ around the pool or on a terrace while taking in the view!
