It has a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a private parking space. WLAN, SmartTV and two portable fans are available. If required, you can use a baby crib and high chair free of charge. Other things to note Not only can you enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Constance, but you also have direct access to the lake via the jetty belonging to the complex. After swimming, you can relax in the beautiful gardens of the vacation residence, where you will find an outdoor shower and garden loungers. If the weather is bad, guests can use the residence's own indoor pool, which is heated all year round. You can use the communal washing machine in the basement of the vacation residence to do your laundry and park your bike in the bicycle cellar.
