Our apartment was newly renovated in 2024 & lovingly furnished. It offers plenty of space and even three and four people sleep with us in a real bed. The apartment is located in a wine region near the Nahe. Despite the idyllic location surrounded by vineyards, Gensingen has a very good infrastructure & good bus & train connections. The proximity to Bingen, Bad Kreuznach, Ingelheim and Mainz offers many excursion opportunities. Frankfurt Airport can be reached in 45 minutes. The space The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed. A daylight bathroom with bathtub, towels, hairdryer, hand soap and toilet paper (one roll per day). The 40 sqm living room is divided into a kitchen and dining area. Here you will find a kitchenette with stove, hood and refrigerator, an extendable dining table, a high chair, a capsule coffee machine, a kettle, as well as vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. In the living room area there is a big sofa, as well as another bed 90-180 cm, a large flat screen TV with cable connection and Wi-Fi. There is a small work area with a desk. The apartment is in the basement, but has large windows, so it is very bright. The view goes into the unused but very well-kept neighboring garden. For longer stays, individual arrangements are made regarding cleaning, towels and bedding. For stays of at least four nights, you can request a free 30-minute wellness or health massage.
