Our apartment has been newly renovated in 2024 & lovingly furnished. It offers plenty of space & also person three and four sleep with us in a real bed. The apartment is located in a wine region near. Despite the idyllic location surrounded by vineyards, Gensingen has a very good infrastructure & good bus & train connections. The proximity to Bingen, Bad Kreuznach, Ingelheim and Mainz offers many excursions. Frankfurt airport can be reached in 45 minutes. The space The apartment has one double bedroom. A daylight bathroom with bathtub, towels, hair dryer, hand soap and toilet paper (one roll per day). The 40 sqm living room divides into a kitchen and dining area. Here is a kitchenette with stove, extractor hood and fridge, pull-out dining table, high chair, capsule coffee maker, kettle, as well as vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. In the living room area there is a big sofa, as well as another bed 90-180cm, a large flat screen with cable connection and Wi-Fi. There is a small work area with a desk. The apartment is in the basement, but has large windows, so it is very bright. The view goes to the unused but very well-maintained neighboring garden.
