The space The three bedrooms on the first floor have a comfortable box spring bed (in the master bedroom 200 x 220 cm) and upholstered beds (160 x 220 cm) so that you can relax after an eventful day. The bathroom on the first floor scores with a walk-in shower, a second shower is available in the spa area, while the open kitchen with its generous furnishings leaves nothing to be desired. In the spacious living room you will not only find a spacious sofa and armchair to relax, but also a large dining table for social evenings. The entire living area has underfloor heating and ventilation. All the building services are up to date. In the basement you will find a sauna area with shower and bathrobes as well as a washing machine and dryer for your comfort. Two free parking spaces right in front of the house ensure a stress-free arrival. In addition, a garden shed is available for your bicycles, while the garden and terrace invite you to linger in the open air.
