You can simply relax on the beach, explore the picturesque landscape of the Mönchgut on a hike or a bike ride or experience unforgettable culinary delights in one of the restaurants with regional cuisine. For water sports enthusiasts, there is no better place. If you want to deal more actively and sportily with water and wind, take a board, a sail or umbrella as well as a kitesurfing instructor in a nearby surfing school and be introduced to the fascinating world of kites and surfing. The apartment is also the ideal starting point for excursions where unforgettable island experiences await you! Shopping opportunities in the village and in the nearby Baltic Sea resorts of Thiessow, Göhren, Baabe and Sellin are open for you. This fantastically located apartment meets the highest standards and has been tastefully furnished with a lot of love for detail. The beautiful non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor and is well suited for families with children and older guests. With 55 sqm of living space, it offers enough space for 2 adults, 1 child and a small child up to 3 years in the children's travel bed. The apartment has three rooms and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bright living/dining area with large window front offers a wonderful view of the large garden. The kitchen is integrated into the living/dining area and equipped with a ceramic stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and many kitchen utensils. In the dining area, there is a solid dining table with 4 chairs. The living area is furnished in a country house style. There is a cozy sitting area with a couch, a comfortable wing chair, a sideboard and coffee table. The HiFi equipment consists of a CD and Blue-Ray soundbar and of course a full HD TV. For cooler days there is a fireplace. Internet access is free. On the terrace with comfortable lounge furniture, there is a wonderful view of the garden and the adjacent dune area. The 1st bedroom has a double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m with multiple adjustable slatted frames, 7-zone cold foam mattresses, 2 bedside tables, a large dresser, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed and is suitable for one person. Both bedrooms can be darkened and are equipped with insect protection. A children's travel bed (without extra mattress and without bed linen) and a high chair are also available. The bathroom is spacious and modern with a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer and towel dryer. Underfloor heating provides warmth in the rooms. All cleaning equipment/agents and a drying rack are available, in the garden there is also a rotary dryer. In the garden, you will also find a barbecue area with garden furniture and barbecuing is also allowed on the apartment's own terrace. A free parking space is right in front of the house. Bicycle shed is on the property. Pets are welcome guests here! The stay costs €5 per day!
